Recognition grounded in service

The proposed award is intended to honour individuals and institutions whose sustained work advances peace, human dignity, compassion and constructive international cooperation. Recognition should be supported by evidence of service, rather than visibility alone.

Principles for recognition

  • Commitment to peace and non-violent dialogue
  • Respect for human dignity and universal rights
  • Ethical leadership and service beyond self-interest
  • Credible, lasting contribution to communities

Before nominations open

WLGP will publish award categories, eligibility, nomination instructions, review arrangements and a confirmed timeline before inviting applications. No nomination or fee should be inferred from this overview.

Recognition should honour the substance of service - not simply the visibility of leadership.
